Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru North is seeking a Customer Support Executive for a on-site role with day shifts and Sunday offs. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience, Graduate, and strong English & Hindi communication are preferred. Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.

You will engage with newly onboarded driver partners, guide them through onboarding milestones, and coordinate with operations to resolve issues while maintaining a target-driven approach.

• Follow Up for F5 (First 5 Trips)
• Call drivers 5 days after onboarding
• Remind them about completing 5 trips within 7 days to earn a Joining Bonus
• Address any operational issues
• Follow-Up for F50 (First 50 Trips)
• Call drivers 25 days after onboarding
• Encourage them to complete 50 trips within 28 days to earn a Joining Bonus
• Motivate drivers by explaining the financial benefits and incentives tied to milestone achievements
