Job summary

UnifyCX is hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Process in the Telecom domain. The role involves handling international customer Chats, resolving service-related issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Walk-ins are invited at the Hyderabad venue on 29 Oct and 30 Oct, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Candidates should bring resume and valid ID; graduates or undergraduates with 2+ years International Chat exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of International Chat experience (mandatory)
• Out of which 6 months of Telecom exp is mandatory

• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
