Job summary

PDA e-Services Pvt Ltd in Pune, India, is seeking a voice support representative to assist medical practices in the USA by handling patient calls, scheduling, and insurance inquiries.

You will work 5 days a week with a night shift from 8 pm to 5 am, interacting with patients via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the front office.

Job description

We are part of the ever-growing Health Care industry, providing support services to medical practitioners so that they can ensure their time & effort are spent in providing exceptional medical care to the patients. We assist Medical Practices in the USA to develop & grow through Practice Management services.

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for providing voice support to each practice's front office staff, communicating with patients and Insurance companies to resolve issues, and following up on pending matters. Frequently interact with the senior leadership team in the U.S.
