Job summary

Access Healthcare in India is seeking an Outreach Agent to deliver high-quality customer service within a fast-paced call center. You will work with providers to retrieve medical charts for insurance companies, aiming to secure commitments to send records, and meet KPI targets.

The role requires detail orientation, ability to toggle applications, and collaboration with training and compliance teams to improve quality. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in customer service / sales with international voice process.
• Commitment to training: no time missed during the first 90 days.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously.

Job description

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service within a fast-paced call center. Youll be working directly with providers (Hospitals / Clinics) to retrieve medical charts for insurance companies and will be expected to meet performance-based goals. If you have experience in a high-volume call center environment and are motivated by achieving KPIs, we want you on our team.

Job Description:

• Need to be detail oriented in their work - reading the notes on each providers location before calling, dispositioning calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high quality work.
• To be successful, the Outreach Agent will need to be able to toggle applications and screens with ease. and able to work with providers to get commitment to scheduling the chart retrieval, as the ultimate goal of each call is to speak to the provider / point of contact and gain a commitment for sending in the identified medical records.
• Assist in the development and updating of quality standards and audit checklists.
• Collaborate with training and compliance teams to deliver improvement plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times during audit activities.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Any graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service / saleswith international voice process.
• Commitment to training: No time missed during the first 90 days of employment.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills preferably in US voice process (Inbound / Outbound).
