Job summary

Eshield Vap Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an inbound customer service professional for credit cards. You will handle customer inquiries, guide product options, and resolve issues on calls, ensuring friendly and efficient service.

The role requires strong English communication (C1) and a willingness to upsell credit card schemes. You’ll work a 5-day week with two weekends off, with support provided by HR and a customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more BPO inbound voice experience
• C1 English communication level required
• CIBIL score should be good
