Red Hibiscus Info Solutions in Jaipur is hiring for Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales Executives to manage inquiries through Voice, Chat and Email, provide basic technical troubleshooting, and drive upselling opportunities. The role requires graduation, at least one year of experience in international or BPO settings, and excellent English communication.

MNC BPO is hiring Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales Executives for its Tech CS process in Jaipur.

The role involves handling customer queries through Voice, Chat & Email, providing basic technical troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Salary

• 11.5 Years: 42,000/month package
• 1.52 Years: 44,000/month package
• 2+ Years: 46,000/month package

Package: CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus
