Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in diagnostic/preventive health check-up sales or support.
• Proven ability to handle both sales and support simultaneously.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing/negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.

• Address customer concerns, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet daily/monthly sales targets alongside support SLAs (response time, resolution time, CSAT).
