Qualifications

Role Description

The Clinical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for driving growth of myOnsite Healthcare's clinical services. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, and promoting mobile phlebotomy and related diagnostic services. The Clinical Sales Specialist will conduct product and service presentations, provide clinical and technical information to customers, and support the adoption and utilization of services in cardiology and related specialties. Daily activities include account management, tracking sales performance, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role requires close collaboration with clinical, operations, and customer service teams to provide patient-centered solutions and meet revenue and service quality targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills with experience in healthcare or clinical services, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and partner organizations.
• Candidates should possess Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology knowledge to effectively discuss services with cardiologists and related specialists.
• Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine to communicate clinical value, patient benefits, and service workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred; relevant clinical sales experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in diagnostic services, medical devices, or laboratory services is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track activities and results.
