• Graduate in any discipline. Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospital, or BPO outbound calling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients/customers for appointments, follow-ups, and campaigns.
• Handle inquiries regarding diagnostic tests, packages, reports, and home collection services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and service support.
• Update and maintain patient records in CRM software.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve basic concerns.
• Aim for daily calling and conversion targets.
• Share information about health packages and preventive checkups.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company data.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive for outbound calling in the Diagnostics/Healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, patient coordination, lead follow-ups, appointment booking, and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance patient experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients/customers for appointments, follow-ups, feedback, and promotional campaigns.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding diagnostic tests, packages, reports, and home collection services
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and service support.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
• Follow up on pending leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve basic customer concerns.
• Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
• Share information about health packages, preventive checkups, and ongoing offers.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company data.
