We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Healthcare Voice Process. Candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and relevant international voice-process experience are encouraged to apply.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle US Healthcare voice calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with US customers and provide accurate information and resolutions.
• Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Handle customer objections and escalations professionally.
• Follow process guidelines, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer and healthcare-related information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity targets.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced international voice-process environment.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Experienced candidates from US Voice, International Voice, Healthcare Voice, or International BPO processes are preferred.
• Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience can apply.Graduates and postgraduate candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
• Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with US customers.
• C1-level English proficiency preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and accurate documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs, as required by the process.
• Willing to work from the office.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Noida or Gurgaon if required.
