Job summary

BIG Language Solutions, Inc. in Noida invites experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Calling Process. You will support patients over the phone, scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments with empathy and clear communication.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate records, follow compliance guidelines, and escalate complex queries as needed. Immediate joiners preferred; rotational shifts and weekly offs apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice/calling/customer service process.
• Experience in healthcare, medical appointment booking, BPO, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities
