Job summary

Zippee in Gurugram is seeking a technical/operations support professional to act as the first line of help for internal teams and brand customers. You will troubleshoot order syncing, last-mile tracking, and WMS issues while coordinating with SaaS providers for escalations and fixes.

You will also assist with brand onboarding, training, and ensuring smooth WMS integration in a fast-paced, unstructured startup setting. Must have own laptop and thrive under high-pressure conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in technical or operations support (e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms like EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must have own laptop.

Requirements:
