Shiningstars ITPL in India is hiring a Customer Support Executive for a work-from-home role in a multinational BPO environment. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving queries with empathy and professionalism.

Graduates or undergraduates are welcome; both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. A laptop with i5/i7 or Ryzen5/Ryzen7, stable wifi, power backup, and a headset are required to operate remotely. Salary is up to 18k–19k CTC plus incentives.
