Transformplus is hiring a Customer Service Executive for a permanent Work From Home role in Bengaluru, India. The position involves handling voice, chat, and email queries with a 9-hour login window and 6 days per week, including a rotational 247 shift and a rotational weekly off.

Candidates must have a laptop, stable internet, UPS power backup, and a headset. Open to undergraduates, graduates, freshers and experienced applicants with English and Hindi communication skills.

Salary Budget

• CTC: 15,000-17,000 or 18,000 25,000 (depending on the hiring category/process)

Job Profile

• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
• Login Hours: 9 hours
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
