ARC Ornates in Agra is seeking a female-only customer support representative to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. You will resolve concerns with timely solutions, maintain customer satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Applicants should have clear English communication and a minimum 12th pass or graduation, with prior customer service experience being a plus.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and patiently.
• Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, orders, or issues.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Dispatch, and other internal teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints in CRM/software.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior team member.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate important feedback to the management.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned customer support and service targets.

Skills Required

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
