Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Installation & Service Engineer to support MRI and CT systems across customer sites. You will handle breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, and provide demonstrations and first-level application support to users.

Remote service via Siemens Remote Service (SRS) connectivity will be leveraged for timely issue resolution. Prior CT/MR exposure is preferred, with additional consideration for multi-modality experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 3–6 years service experience on CT/MR systems.
• Experience with multi-modality systems like CT scanners, MR, Cath labs, and high end Digital Radiography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle breakdowns, update calls, safety checks and close calls.
• Perform routine maintenance, tune ups, calibration, quality checks to ensure uptime of systems.
• Machine demonstrations and first level application to user.
• Remote service through Siemens Remote Service (SRS) connectivity.
• Sell spare parts, consumables, contracts and renewals.
• Collaborate with service partners for outsourced business, OEM products, spare parts and tools requirements.
