Job summary

ITH Icoserve in Mumbai seeks a skilled Electronics/Electrical engineer to provide on-site and remote service support for MRI and CT systems. You will handle breakdowns, perform maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks, and demonstrate equipment to users while supporting spare parts sales and service contracts.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience with high-end imaging modalities and multi-modality exposure is a plus. Travel to client sites in the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 3–6 years of service experience.
• Experience handling CT/MR systems, with multi-modality exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of remote diagnostics and field service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Installation & service support for MRI & CT equipment.
• Handle breakdowns, update calls, safety checks and closure of calls.
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, calibration, and quality checks for uptime.
• Demonstrate machines and provide first-level application support to users.
• Support remote service via Siemens Remote Service connectivity.
• Sell spare parts, consumables, contracts, and renewals.
• Collaborate with service partners for outsourced work, OEM products, and tool requirements.

• Machine demonstrations and first level application to user.

• Collaborate with service partners for outsourced business, OEM products, spare parts and tools requirements.

Education/Skillset/Experience

Candidate should have Degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 3 to 6 years service experience in handling mainly CT/MR systems (handling high end CT/MR systems would be added advantage).

Candidates having service experience in multi-modality systems like CT scanners/MR/Cath labs/ High end Digital Radiography can also be considered.
