Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Mumbai seeks a service engineer to install and service MRI and CT systems, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site support for high-end imaging equipment. You will handle breakdowns, calibration, safety checks and remote troubleshooting via SRS, plus demonstrations and basic user training.

Candidates should hold an Electronics/Electrical engineering degree with 3–6 years CT/MR service experience; multi-modality system exposure is a plus, with collaboration for

• Experience in multi-modality systems like CT, MR, Cath labs and high-end digital radiography is a plus.
• Willingness to handle installation, maintenance, and remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Installation and service support for MRI and CT systems.
• Handle breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks and closure of calls.
• Perform routine maintenance, tune ups, calibration and quality checks.
• Provide machine demonstrations and first-level user training.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Service support for equipment such as MRI & CT.

• Handling breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks and closure of calls.
• Routine maintenance, tune ups, calibration, quality checks of the systems to ensure uptime of systems.
• Machine demonstrations and first level application to user.
• Remote service through Siemens Remote Service(SRS) connectivity.
• Selling of spare parts, consumables, contracts and renewals.
• Collaborate with service partners for outsourced business, OEM products, spare parts and tools requirements.

Education/Skillset/Experience

Candidate should have Degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 3 to 6 years service experience in handling mainly CT/MR systems (handling high end CT/MR systems would be added advantage).

Candidates having service experience in multi-modality systems like CT scanners/MR/Cath labs/ High end Digital Radiography can also be considered.
