Job summary

Medtech Solutions in Nagpur is seeking a field service engineer with expertise in CT or MRI systems to manage the Nagpur region. You will install, commission and service imaging devices, diagnose issues, and provide 24x7 customer support as needed.

The role requires electronics diploma/degree and 3+ years of experience in service of imaging systems, with strong communication and analytical skills. Willingness to travel regionally is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and commission medical imaging products at customer sites.
• Generate service revenues from AMC/CMC, repairs and spare parts sales.
• Provide 24x7 customer service when required and support product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate product functions and provide application support as per customer needs.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and respond with appropriate solutions.
• Prepare, submit and track maintenance contracts; assist sales activities.

Expertise in handling CT or MRI system independently & manage the territory of Nagpur region.
Through technical knowledge of the Product. Ability to analyze and diagnose problem, Good communication skills, Confident in customer handling skills
Should know about technical specifications of the product
Must have analytical skills
Have knowledge about working of various machines and their components
Must have basic knowledge of import distribution
Should work inter region & intra region based on field exigencies
Responsible for installation and commissioning of products
To generate service revenues from allocated customers thru AMC / CMC, repairs and service and spare parts sales to achieving financial targets
Provide customer service on a 24 X 7 basis whenever required
To provide application support and technical expertise to demonstrate the functions of product as per customer needs
To have good ability to trouble shoot, analyze and diagnose problems in products
Ability to repair the products in a time bound manner
Ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
Preparation, submission and tracking of maintenance contracts
Assist sales activities through product demonstrations/clarifications
