Think Work Agency is recruiting for a remote, customer-centric e-commerce operations role. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email, manage orders and returns, and oversee daily Shopify store operations.

You will coordinate with logistics, support campaigns, and drive improvements in customer experience and sales efficiency. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in e-commerce, hands-on Shopify experience, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who can manage customer interactions and oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email.
• Manage customer orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Oversee daily Shopify store operations, including product listings, inventory, and order processing.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely fulfilment.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and abandoned carts to improve sales conversions.
• Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and e-commerce performance.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and customer support tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in fashion or D2C brands will be an added advantage.
