BolsterBiz India LLP in Delhi seeks an Ecommerce Specialist to support and enhance our e-commerce and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, experienced, and independent.

You will handle customer queries across phone, email and chat, manage POs, refunds, inventory, and operate Shopify for order management. Knowledge of Canva, Pinterest, and Instagram will aid online marketing.

Open to night shift and able to work with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Competenze

• 2.5–3 years of international ecommerce customer support experience.
• Proficient in Shopify and ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of ecommerce operations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Gorgias preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and independent work ethic.
• Open to night shift.

Job Summary

BolsterBiz seeks a proactive and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, independence, and a results-driven mindset to support and enhance our e-commerce and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Phones, Emails and Chat with exceptional professionalism.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, couriers, and other stakeholders in our business.
• Manage POs, refunds, discounts, inventory, and damage trackers.
• Operate Shopify for order management and inventory control.
• Assist in creating and refining processes and implementing strategic solutions.
• Support online marketing efforts using tools like Canva, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Requirements

• At least 2.5 - 3 years of international customer support experience in E-commerce domain is preferred (Voice/Phone Support Preferred)
• Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with online shopping trends and tools (Canva, social media marketing).
• Familiarity with CRM tool, Gorgias CRM Preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, curious, and independent work ethic.
• Open to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
