Vogue by Ritu in Kolkata is seeking an organised E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage customer communications, order processing and logistics for its growing jewellery brand.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate with packing and courier partners, and ensure timely dispatch and smooth post-purchase support. Proficiency in English/Hindi and familiarity with Shopify/Interakt are preferred for this role.

Competenze

• Strong communication in English and Hindi.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Shopify and Interakt preferred.

E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage customer communication, order processing and logistics for our growing e-commerce jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Manage incoming customer enquiries on Interakt (WhatsApp).
• Handle order-related queries, delivery updates, size issues, exchanges and returns.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve post-purchase concerns promptly.

Order Management

• Monitor and process incoming Shopify orders.
• Verify order details and coordinate with the packing team for timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns and exchanges.

Shipping & Logistics

• Book shipments through Shipway and Blue Dart.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate courier pickups.
• Arrange reverse pickups for returns and exchanges.
• Track shipments, manage RTOs and follow up on failed or delayed deliveries.
• Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in computers and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Experience with Shopify, Interakt or courier platforms is preferred.
• Prior e-commerce operations experience is an advantage.
