Job summary

Suta in India is seeking a Fashion Consultant to support retail sales for our fashion platform. You will assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions through online channels while ensuring an excellent shopping experience and driving sales conversions.

You'll stay updated on fashion trends, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in fashion design, styling, or retail management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail sales or styling.
• Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel sales is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Fashion Consultant to support retail sales for our e-commerce fashion platform. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions through online channels while ensuring an excellent shopping experience and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Styling & Sales Support

• Provide personalized fashion and styling advice to customers via chat, call, WhatsApp, or video consultations.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, accessories, and sizes based on preferences, trends, and occasions.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase average order value.

2. Offline Retail Sales

• Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Guide customers through the online purchase journey to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge & Trend Awareness

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, fabrics, and fits.
• Stay updated on seasonal launches, offers, and brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and popular styles.

4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and preferences in CRM tools.

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Assist in product styling inputs for campaigns, photoshoots, or social media (if required).

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design, Styling, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience:
• 03 years of experience in fashion retail sales, styling, or customer consulting
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or omnichannel retail is an advantage
