Job summary

Eteam in Kolkata, West Bengal, invites freshers and experienced candidates for Voice Process (100% Work from Office). You will handle customer queries via voice calls as a Customer Support Associate and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The role requires at least Higher Secondary, English/Hindi skills, a customer-centric mindset, no first-month leaves, and a 10-hour shift with 1-hour break. Training may include night shifts.

Qualifications

Interview Process

• HR Round General Screening
• Typing Test- 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Operations Round – General Assessment
• Voice Versant Test (V3 and above)

Compensation

• CTC for Freshers: 2,05,830 per annum
• CTC for Experienced Candidates: 2,30,530 per annum (minimum 12 months of BPO experience)

Monthly Take-Home Salary

• Freshers: 12,442 per month
• Experienced: 14,501 per month

Note:

As per the new wage code structure the employee's PF contribution is higher than earlier and is deducted from the overall TCTC. Therefore, candidates are advised to consider both the monthly take home salary and the PF contribution while evaluating the compensation package. The monthly PF contribution is approximately 1,645, which forms part of the overall salary structure.

Training

• Training may be conducted during the night shift

Shift Timings

• Any 10-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM in operations
• Night shifts may be applicable during training
