Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services in Kolkata is hiring a Customer Support Associate - Voice Process for a 3-month contract. The role is 100% office-based in Kolkata with shifts from 9:00 to 19:00 or 21:00 depending on operations.

You will resolve customer queries through voice calls, engaging in English and Hindi with a customer-focused mindset. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; notice for leaves is not allowed during the first 3 months.

Interview Location : Face to face Interview in the office

Shift Timings

• Any 10-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM in operations
• Night shifts may be applicable during training

• HR Round General Screening
• Typing Test- 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Operations Round General Assessment
