We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to help clients effectively use the Superset platform, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role involves responding to queries via email and phone, understanding client needs, and contributing to knowledge bases, with a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and resolve customer queries effectively.
