Healthkart is seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle queries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will communicate product information, policies, and resolutions with a customer-first approach.

You will maintain documentation of interactions, coordinate with internal teams as needed, and aim to deliver high-quality service from our Gurugram office under IST timings. Fresher welcome with strong communication.
