Job summary

EazyIoT in Mumbai is seeking a fresh BE/B.Tech Electronics or Electrical graduate to join our field engineering team. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IoT deployments and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve on-site challenges.

You will learn engineering solutions on-ground, maintain SOPs and commissioning checklists, and prepare basic reports while collaborating with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates (0 years) eager to learn and grow.
• Key skills: Remote Troubleshooting, IoT Systems Support, Network Diagnostics, Customer Support, Online Training, Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose issues related to power, connectivity, load control, and sensors.
• Provide remote support via calls, emails, and monitoring tools.
• Work closely with senior engineers to resolve field challenges.
• Assist in site visits for installation checks and troubleshooting (when required).
• Coordinate with electricians, contractors, and project teams.
• Learn how engineering solutions are executed on-ground.
• Help maintain SOPs, installation guides, and troubleshooting notes.
• Prepare basic reports, test records, and commissioning checklists.
• Share customer feedback with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
