Job summary

EazyIoT, a unified platform for connected devices, is seeking an IoT Application Engineer in Navi Mumbai. You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable EazyIoT solutions, and ensure installation, commissioning and deployment with field technicians and engineering teams.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge, provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot power, connectivity and sensor issues, and coordinate with electricians and project teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Understand customer requirements, site conditions and application needs.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of EazyIoT products, configurations and capabilities.
• Support customers and field technicians during installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Provide on-site guidance to technicians and electricians during execution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to power, connectivity, sensors, load and device configuration.
• Provide remote technical support via calls, emails and monitoring tools.
• Assist with site visits for installation checks, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with electricians, contractors, project teams and internal engineering for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, installation guides, troubleshooting notes, test records and commissioning checklists.
• Identify recurring field issues and share feedback with Design, Quality, Manufacturing and Product teams.

• Support customers and field technicians during installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance to field technicians and electricians during on-site execution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to power, connectivity, sensors, load control, communication, and device configuration.
• Provide remote technical support through calls, emails, and monitoring tools.
• Assist with site visits for installation checks, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support when required.
• Coordinate with electricians, contractors, project teams, and internal engineering teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, installation guides, troubleshooting notes, test records, and commissioning checklists.
• Identify recurring field issues and share customer/field feedback with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product teams.
• Take ownership of technical issues and work towards practical, timely solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IoT, application engineering, technical support, automation, or electrical/electronics.
• Good understanding of basic electrical/electronic concepts, sensors, controllers, power supplies, and connectivity.
• Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
