Confio Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated Home Automation Support Trainee in Bengaluru. You will assist customers and technicians with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting via phone, chat, and remote support.

Fresh graduates with basic electronics knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include remote support, installation assistance, and guiding customers on product usage, with escalation to engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers and field technicians.
• Assist in installation and configuration of home automation devices.
• Troubleshoot smart switches, touch panels, gateways, sensors, and apps.
• Guide customers on product setup and features.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering; document resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Test products and verify fixes when needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional support.

Key Responsibilities
