Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and IoT device connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support for IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and cloud-based solutions.
• Guide customers on product features, functionality, and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and document interactions in CRM.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting docs.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to support product improvements.
• Stay updated on new product features, industry trends, and emerging IoT technologies.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer support skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer support, preferably in the IoT industry.
• Strong knowledge of IoT technologies and protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, MODBUS RTU, LTE Modules, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience troubleshooting IoT hardware, software, sensors, gateways, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM software and customer support tools is an added advantage.
