Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited is seeking professionals to conduct customer onboarding and implementation visits for healthcare tech devices in Delhi. The role involves training customers on device setup, sensor placement and usage, and driving ongoing adoption and retention.

The candidate will monitor customer health, update Zoho CRM, and coordinate with Product, Sales and Support teams to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding and implementation for healthcare tech.
• Ability to train customers on device setup and usage.
• Experience with CRM and customer health monitoring.
• Exposure to Ayurveda/medical device support preferred.
