Job summary

Cloud Universe in India seeks an experienced CRM implementation specialist to lead end-to-end Zoho projects from discovery to go-live and hypercare. You will work directly with clients in India, the Middle East and Africa, managing three to four projects simultaneously with support from developers and QA.

The role requires 4–7 years in CRM, at least 3 years on Zoho, and strong Deluge/Zoho One knowledge. You will configure modules, write Deluge functions, manage data migrations and deliver

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of CRM implementation experience, with at least 3 years on Zoho
• Strong working knowledge of Deluge, Zoho Flow and the Zoho One ecosystem
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholders
• Clear written and spoken English;Zoho CRM certification is a plus

Lead end-to-end Zoho CRM implementations including discovery, blueprint design, Deluge automation, integrations and client training.

You will own Zoho CRM engagements from the first discovery workshop to go-live and hypercare, working directly with clients in India, the Middle East and Africa. Typically you'll manage three to four projects at a time with support from developers and QA.

Requirements
