Job summary

Carrier is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from entry to delivery, in our operations team. You will coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics to align shipment schedules and ensure accurate pricing and Incoterms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in relevant field, 3+ years in customer service or export operations, knowledge of export docs, and SAP/ERP experience, with strong English communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Export Operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and Incoterms.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
