Job summary

Carrier in India seeks a Sales Operations specialist to oversee forecasts, budgets, and SKU planning while coordinating with CSE and Operations on production planning, order fulfillment, and delivery updates.

You will manage phase-in/phase-out activities, support customer factory visits, and maintain relationships with international customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, plus strong English communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Export Sales, or related roles.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
