We are hiring Contact Centre Representatives for the Banking and Insurance Operations team of a leading organization, supporting customers based in Singapore.

Prior experience in a banking process is mandatory. Candidates without it will not be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and email queries for banking services
• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution
• Manage the customer mailbox and related support activities
• Resolve customer concerns while adhering to quality and compliance standards
• Handle approximately 55 customer interactions per day (calls and emails combined)
• Escalate complex issues as per defined process requirements
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1.8 years of experience in a banking process (mandatory)
• Experience in customer service, contact centre operations, voice process or customer support within banking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
