Job summary

Protiviti India is hiring for a Contact Center Representative Banking Operations in Bangalore & Hyderabad to handle inbound voice banking queries for UK customers. This 9-month contract requires UK shift work and work-from-office mode, with immediate joining or up to 15 days' notice.

Candidates must have 2–6 years in BFSI, strong UK English, and familiarity with CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of overall experience.
• Relevant Banking / BFSI experience is mandatory.
• Minimum relevant experience in inbound voice customer service.
• Experience handling UK customers / UK banking process is preferred/mandatory as per process requirement.
• Strong UK English communication skills with good pronunciation and comprehension.
• Experience in handling customer queries over voice/inbound calls.
• Good knowledge of banking operations and processes.
• Working knowledge of CRM / customer service tools.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 9-hour UK shifts.
• Work from Office is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available for Immediate Joining to maximum 15 days' notice period.
• Only candidates with valid and verifiable employment history will be considered.
• Candidates should be comfortable with the 9-month contractual employment.
