Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Retail in the Mortgages department. The role requires 1-5 years of experience and is a permanent, office-based position in the South Zone with an operations focus in Mailaduthurai.

The incumbent will handle lead generation, loan processing, and customer support to drive micro finance products. Responsibilities include credit lead generation, repayment tracking, loan documentation, and ensuring timely disbursement.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Permanent employment status
• Experience in office-based banking or financial services (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
