Qualifications

• Experience in lending or microfinance preferred.
• Strong client-facing and field assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing by assessing income through discussions and field visits.
• Track and ensure repayments on disbursed loans.
• Generate and convert leads for micro-finance members needing Micro LAP or Micro Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and prompt repayment in a cost-effective manner.
• Source and complete loan documents, packets, and follow-ups through disbursement.
