Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is hiring for a Branch Manager - Retail in Tamil Nadu. The role oversees mortgage lending activities, end-to-end loan processing, and customer-focused service delivery at the Boodhalur branch.

Leading a team to ensure timely disbursement, repayment tracking, and coordination with Credit, Legal and Technical teams will be essential for success in this permanent position based in South Zone.

• Experience in mortgage lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing Micro LAP & Agri. secured loan leads sourced by MF RMs after income & property valuation discussions and field visits.
• Ensure consistent delivery of ESFB products/services and prompt repayment follow-up.
• Complete loan documentation from application to disbursement.
• Resolve queries from Credit, Legal & Technical teams; collect additional documents as needed.
• Track repayments up to loan aging of 12 months.

Job Description

• Processing of Micro LAP & Agri. secured Loan leads sourced by MF RMs by accessing customers Income & Property Valuation through personal discussion(PD) & field Visit(FI). Lead conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or ASL.
• Ensure consistent delivery of ESFB products and services and prompt follow up of repayment in an efficient manner.
• Ensuring end to end completion of Loan document right from application form filling till disbursement of the loan.
• Required to solve all the queries raised by Credit, Legal & Technical teams and additional document collections wherever mandated.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed till loan aging up to 12 months.
