Tata Capital in West Bengal is hiring for an entry-level Loan Officer role in Murshidabad. Under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager, you will identify customers for potential business and assist in disbursement by collecting and validating documents as per the organization norms.

You will log cases in the system as per SOP, help achieve sanction ratios, and support cross-selling of multiple products while ensuring compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organization requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
• Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them with Manager/Supervisor help.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit and RBI regulations.
