Job summary

Tata Capital in Lucknow seeks a proactive field executive to source new two-wheeler loan customers through dealers, showroom visits and on-ground activities. You will explain loan schemes, interest rates and required documentation to customers, guiding them through the eligibility and application steps.

You will strive to achieve monthly disbursement targets, maintain strong dealer relationships for repeat business and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Source new two-wheeler loan customers through dealers, showroom visits, and field activities.
• Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Ensure login to disbursement within defined TAT and achieve monthly loan disbursement and income targets.
• Maintain relationship with dealers and generate repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Track daily leads, conversions, and report to reporting manager.
