Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate two-wheeler loan business through dealership walk-ins and customer inquiries.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and finance schemes to customers; assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
• Convert vehicle buyers into finance customers by offering suitable loan solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales teams to generate continuous business referrals.
• Ensure collection of the first EMI from customers after loan disbursement and follow up for repayment reminders.
• Support collections teams in maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing delinquencies.

Preferred candidate profile
