Tata Capital in Chennai seeks a junior professional to assist the disbursement of loans with a focus on minimizing delinquency. The role supports Supervisors and Managers by identifying potential customers and ensuring documentation is complete.

Responsibilities include logging cases, processing disbursements as per SOP, and upselling multiple products under supervision. The ideal candidate is graduates with a customer-service mindset and willingness to learn regulatory requirements.

• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
