Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a proactive graduate to support lending/financial services. The role focuses on maintaining branch efficiency through proper processes, promoting products, and cross-selling to maximize profitability.

The candidate will drive referrals, handle daily transactions, and maintain records while aiming to improve customers' financial well-being. Freshers or applicants with up to 1 year of lending experience are welcome; strong communication in local language and English is essential

Qualifications

• Graduate with exposure to lending or financial services.
• Proficiency in local language and English required.
• Freshers or 1 year experience in lending/financial services accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure process adherence to maintain quality and branch efficiency.
• Promote and maintain relations with contacts, customers and prospects.
• Cross-sell and upsell products at every opportunity to drive profitability.
• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referrals.
• Handle day-to-day transactions and valuables with accuracy.
• Maintain data and records related to daily transactions.

• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers
• Achieve desired level of productivity to meet & contribute towards branch profitability targets.
• Promotes the products and services; consistently cross-sells and Up-sells products at every opportunity.
• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referral programs for customer acquisition
• Responsible to handle day to day transactions and valuables.
• Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions
• Retain customers, by working towards achieving the higher purpose to transform the life of the common man by improving their financial well being
