Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a Graduate fresher or 1-year experienced candidate for a lending/financial services role. You will focus on promoting products, building customer relationships, and driving branch profitability while ensuring process adherence.

You will handle day-to-day transactions, maintain records, and contribute to customer acquisition through cross-selling and upselling, with emphasis on clear communication in local language and English.
