PeopleStrong in India is seeking a graduate with freshers or up to 1 year of lending/financial services experience to join our branch operations. You will promote products, build customer relationships, and support day-to-day transactions while driving profitability.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, adherence to processes, and clear communication in local language and English to enhance financial well-being for customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate required.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in lending/financial services.
• Strong cross-selling and upselling ability.
• Excellent communication in local language and English.

• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers
• Achieve desired level of productivity to meet & contribute towards branch profitability targets.

• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referral programs for customer acquisition
• Responsible to handle day to day transactions and valuables.
• Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions
• Retain customers, by working towards achieving the higher purpose to transform the life of the common man by improving their financial well being
