Job summary

PeopleStrong in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, is seeking a Graduate with fresh or 1 year lending/financial services experience to drive business development, cross-sell products, and build strong customer relationships.

You will handle day-to-day transactions, maintain records, promote services, and participate in marketing initiatives to acquire customers and support branch profitability.

• Educational qualification – Graduate.
• Experience – Freshers / 1 year experience in lending / financial services.
• Strong communication in local language and English.
