Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Mumbai is seeking a Service Engineer for MR modality to install, service and support MR systems on-site. You will handle breakdowns, perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks, and demonstrate system functionality to users.

The role includes remote service via SRS connectivity and collaboration with service partners. Experience with MR servicing, 2–5 years in the field, and a Diploma or BE in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in a relevant engineering field with 2–5 years MR servicing experience.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, calibration and safety checks of MR systems.
• Ability to work with service partners and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Installation of the MR modality systems.
• Handle breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks and call closures to maintain uptime.
• Routine maintenance, system tune ups, calibration and quality checks.
• Machine demonstrations and first-level application support to users.
• Achieve remote service through SRS connectivity.
• Sell spare parts, consumables, contracts and renewals.
• Deal with service partners, OEM manufacturers and spare parts/tools requirements.

• Installation of the Systems - MR modality
• Handling Breakdowns, Updates calls and Safety checks and Closer of calls and maintaining Uptime of systems
• Routine maintenance, System Tune ups, Calibration, Quality Checks of the systems.
• Machine Demonstrations and first level Application to user
• Achieving systems under Remote service through SRS connectivity
• Selling of spare parts, consumables, contracts and renewals
• Dealing with Service partners for outsourced business, OEM Manufacturers and Spare Parts and tools requirements

Education & Other Qualification

Candidate with Diploma / BE with 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Servicing of MR)
