Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers and provide professional customer support.
• Understand customer concerns, queries, and requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Handle customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts, and complaints.
• Maintain excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure effective resolution within defined timelines.
• Handle difficult or irate customers professionally while managing escalations effectively.
• Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure.
